Helloooooo..... 2 posts in 1 week ! I am on fire, haha.
I have just started my A-level courses at sixth form so I thought I would share what I took with you.
I took ...
Maths
Biology
Chemistry
Geography
I am interested in all these subjects and I am enjoying these lessons. I have no typically 'fun' lessons but to me all of mine are fun. As I'm not a very englishy/theatrical/creative kind of person, I dropped all those kind of subjects soon as I could.
I hope you enjoyed this little update

Busy School Day Breakfast Idea
Hey ! Sorry for being absent for a while, starting sixth form has been busy and full of work, so I have not had time. But I'm back and hopefully I can post a bit more from now one xx
School mornings are always very busy for me, and squeezing in a nice, health and energising breakfast can be tricky/almost impossible.
I had a new idea recently which eliminates this and it involves pancakes, so what is not to like ?
I thought I would share my recipe with you and what I do to get them ready for school mornings.
I usually make these on a Sunday and there is enough for 3 days, usually.
You will need :
2 bananas, 2 eggs, heaped 1/2 cup of oats, 1/2 tsp baking powder, coconut oil and if you are feeling adventurous an extra flavour e.g. a few drops of vanilla extra or 1/4 tsp of cinnamon.
To create the pancakes :
1) Put all the ingredients (except the coconut oil) into a blender and blend until it is smooth, if it looks to thick add some water.
2) Leave the batter to stand (this allows it to thicken slightly) whilst you heat up a frying pan (non-stick ones are best) with some coconut oil, get out your flipping device and a plate to put your pancakes on.
3) Spoon a dollop of batter into the pan and spread it out so it is around the size of a mug. Flip when it bubbles slightly on top, it should be golden brown on the bottom. Then flip again when the other side looks golden brown.
4) Place your pancake on a plate. And continue dolloping and flipping. If you are skilled it is possible to do multiple at once (depending on the size of your pan).
5) This recipe usually produces 10 - 15 pancakes.
6) Now for the organisation part, split the pancakes into piles of 3-5. This should be the number of pancakes you could eat in a morning. Each pile will be for a day.
7) Wrap each pile in some non-stick paper, add a day label.
8) Put in a box and place in the fridge. This ensures they are easy to grab in the morning.
These can then be taken put the fridge and heated up in the microwave in a couple of seconds. I usually add yogurt/maple syrup/fresh fruit/granola to add more energy and healthiness.
I find this is the perfect before school breakfast as it is full of energy and tastes great.
I hope you enjoyed this post.
Thank you for reading.

Organisation DIY
Hellooooooo !!! I'm bit late for back to school (I put off getting organised until the day before school started) but here is a little organisation/back to school DIY ! It is very similar to the one I did at Christmas but more temporary and easier to do.
You will need:
A jar, ruler, pretty paper (mines a wrapping paper from paperchase), scissors, pencil and tape.
Step No.1 - Measure the jar to find out what length of paper you need.
Step No.2 - Mark out and cut the paper to your required size.
Step No.3 - Tape one end to the jar.
Step No.4 - Roll the paper round the jar and tape the end down. And you are done.
I told you it was easy ! All you need to do is add some cute pens and put them on your desk. My favourite pens are the Papermate InkJoy 100 Roller Ball. They are really comfy to use and make my writing look nice. I have them in black, blue and of course all the colours of the rainbow !!!
I love this DIY as it is easy to remove the paper and replace it with another pattern when you get bored !!!
A little organisational tip for you is to get a academic diary (from September - July). It is great for jotting down any appointments, social events, holidays, when you are working and of course the dreaded homework with colour coded pens. Even though my school gives me a homework planner (which I hate and is set out really weirdly) I find it useful to collect everything in one diary.
I hope you enjoyed this post.

P.S. The best tip for school (especially GCSE and A-level years) is to get as much sleep as you possibly can at night (even if a YouTube video has just been uploaded or you are chatting to someone - beauty sleep is very important! I am much more productive when I've had a good nights sleep. I find yoga helps ?! xxx
Congrats if you read this far down ;)

My Summer Makeup
Helloooo ! I know its been a while. I've just been a bit uninspired and I've been recovering from GCSEs (I'm really pleased with my results).
I know its the end of summer but I've only just gone on my holiday (check my insta for pictures !) So this may be a bit irrelevant but I'm going to share with you the products I've been using on my face whilst in hot hot hot Greece!
I have only been using 3 makeup products daily !
The Maybelline Waterproof Rocket Volume Express Mascara which stays on really well and I only apply a bit of this so I don't look too made up.
Maybelline Brow Drama brow gel which I think is essential to ensure your brows are on fleek 😉.
Bodyshop Argan Oil lip balm which I have refallen in love with recently and it does a fab job at moisturizing my lips!
I hope you enjoyed this blog post !!

Little But Expensive Shopping Spree
I went on a girly holiday to Wales... And of course we went shopping. I didn't buy too much but somehow spent lots of money. So here is my little but expensive shopping spree...
I have been searching for a bikini which fit and looked cute. Then I finally found this ! I think the pattern is very snazzy and I love the bright summery colours. It also fits really well. I also love the extra detail between the boobs. I also have the matching bottoms. These were from Debenhams and are the Mantaray brand. I bought one from this brand a couple of years ago and its still going strong, so I didn't mind paying a bit extra for it than I usually would, there was also 20% off.
In Boots and Superdrug there was an offer for any 2 Revlon nail products for £8 which is a great deal considering they are usually £6.99 each. So I got the colours 130 Pocket Aces and 410 Up The Ante. I love both these colours and they are very wearable. They also stay a long time without chipping.
I have been wanting the Maybelline Brow Drama for ages. So I finally got it and I really like. I got it in the colour Medium Brown. It gels my eyebrows done so they don't move and makes them look thicker and slightly darker.
My friend has the Herbal Essences Clearly Naked Dry Shampoo and I decided to get it because I really like it. Its not chalky, it just de greases my hair. And it was on offer in Superdrug for £1.50.
I hope you enjoyed this short post.
Thank you for reading, please comment any blog ideas or constructive criticism.

Festival Essentials !
I've been to 2 festivals over the last few weeks, Soul Survivor and Y Not. So I've got a good list of some of the absolute essentials at festivals.
1). Breakfast Bars - I love the Jordan's Frusli bars.
2). Face Wipes - I recently discovered the 'Yes To Carrots Nourishing Cleansing Wipes', these are very similar to the Johnsons ones I mentioned in my previous post. These are definitely need to remove the grease of the day.
3). Baby Wipes - These are so essential to remove any mess and to freshen up. I got the classic Johnson ones.
4). Metallic Tattoos - These help you achieve the ultimate festival look. I got mine from Models Own.
5). Robinsons Squash'd - Water from festivals can sometimes taste a bit funny so adding this makes it taste a lot nicer. My favourite flavour is summer fruits.
6). Dry Shampoo - A couple of days in and if I hadn't showered this was definitely needed to hide the grease. The 'Aussie Miracle Dry Shampoo Aussome Volume' is ok (it smells amazing), but I prefer the 'Herbal Essences Clearly Naked Dry Shampoo'
7). Bleach London 'Bruised Violet' Dye - Again this adds to the festival look and I love purple ! Bleach London also do lots of other colours.
9). Tangle Teezer - To get rid of bed hair.
11). Fruit Pots - To get a few vitamins whilst away.
12). Deoderant - This is needed to keep me smelling like I've just had a shower (even if I hadn't). I love the 'Sure Pomegranate and Lime'
13). BB Cream - To cover up any imperfections and make me look more alive. I love the Olay 7 effects in 1.
14). Waterproof Mascara - So what ever the weather my eyelashes still look long and curly. I love this Maybelline Rocket Express Volume Waterproof version is almost as good the original.
15). Denim Shirt - Keeps me warm but doesn't look too stupid. This shirt is from Boohoo for £20.
16). Shorts - I love these ones from Topshop, the Mom Ripped Black Shorts. They fit really well.
I hope you enjoyed this post.

July Favourites !
Hello, I have been very busy recently, so July has literally flown by ! So I only have a few favourites.
As I have been travelling a lot face wipes have been an essential, so instead of going for the simple ones I always get I decided to try the 'Johnsons Moisturising Face Wipes' as I'd heard some good stuff about them. They remove most of my makeup but struggle with waterproof mascara and they are really moisturising so I didn't need to use a moisturiser afterwards which is great as it cuts out a step !
As a little snack I have been loving some original digestives, they are so filling and tasty so one of my favourites !
As its summer I decided to do something different with my hair and add some colour. I had never properly dyed my hair before so just got Bleach London 'Bruised Violet' temporary dye . I used this on my ends (which are brown) and it gave a purple colour which looked really cool in my opinion and washed out after a couple of showers.
At Boots there was a sale on where everything in Neutrogena was 2 for £5, so obviously I had to get some things. I got the Neutrogena Visibly Clear Spot Stress Control Daily Foaming Wash and another product. I absolutely love this as its very quick and easy to use. It removes all grease and makes my face feel really soft !
I mentioned the Rimmel 60 Seconds Super Shine by Rita Ora in 'Rain Rain Go Away' in my previous post so obviously had to mention it here. I have wore it every day since then and I'm still loving it !
I bought one of the refill razors from Gillette as the (cheaper) razors I was using were not getting a close enough shave on my legs and also making them a bit rashy so thought I would splash out on this Gillette Venus Spa one (it was half price at the coop anyway!). I've only used it a couple of times but can already see the difference.
I got the grey trimmed white top from Primark for £4 which is a bargain compared top how much Topshop and Newlook. I have been wearing it so much as it is simple so goes with everything !
Its summer so I've been wearing shorts more but my comfiest shoes are my Caterpillar Bruiser Boots so I've been rocking the shorts and boots look ! So my caterpillar boots are one of my favourites this month.
I hope you enjoyed this months favourites !
