Eye Makeup Removers !

Eye makeup removers, I have tried a couple over the last couple of months. So thought I would share my thoughts on them with you.

1). Clinique Take The Day Off Makeup Remover, for lids, lashes and lips. I absolutely hate this! It removes makeup pretty well but leaves your skin greasy and disgusting. It says it is fragrance free, but it has a subtle bad smell which I cannot place (burnt chemicals?). It is just horrible. I only have the sample size of 50ml. The full size (125ml) costs £17 ! Which is too much in my opinion for a makeup remover, no matter how good it is !

2). Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water. Love this ! Removes eye  and lip makeup better than the other two products. No fragrance. Apparently a dupe for BioDerma which is a lot more expensive. Massive bottle 400ml which claims to be able to do 200 uses. It is more than double the size of the other two and costs £4.99 but when I bought it, it was on sale for £3.33.

3). Simple Kind To Eyes Eye Makeup Remover. This is really nice. Takes off eye makeup (even black liquid eyeliner) pretty well. Does not leave skin feeling weird or greasy. Almost fragrance free, just a clean scent. And 125ml bottle costs £3.49 which is a bargain compared to the Clinique one.  I also want to try the Garnier Pure Micellar Water which can be used for the face, lips and eyes, it is the same price.

If you were to only buy one, buy the Garnier Micellar Water, but I also would recommend the Simple one (it is easier to travel with) !
Do you have an amazing eye makeup remover to recommend ?

Thank you for reading this post.

Hot Or Not : New Purchases

Hello, I made a couple of purchases recently so I thought I would review them for you.

Product No. 1 is the Real Techniques Miracle Complexion Sponge. It is a dupe for the beauty blender apparently. I dampen it and apply my foundation and concealer with it, it creates a almost flawless finished and pores looks smaller or non-existent. Would highly recommend this and it is only £5.99.

Product No.2 is the Soap and Glory Sexy Mother Pucker Gloss Crayon. I bought these for myself for Christmas. These smell amazing, like vanilla and create a sheer colour to your lips which is easy to top up without a mirror. Lovely colours. This set contains Fuchsia-Ristic, Bashful and Raplumzel. And it only costs £16 which is a bargin as each one individually costs £8.

Product No.3 is Collection Lasting Perfection Ultimate Wear Concealer. I have loved this concealer for ages so this was just a repurchase. Great at concealing spots, blemishes and under eye circles.

Product No.4 is Body Shop Early Harvest Raspberry Scrub. First thing I have to say is that this smells AMAZING !!! Exactly like raspberry jam and looks like it too.  It is also really good at exfoliating your skin. I have a weird rash thing on the back of my leg which never wants to go. So this is starting to sort it out. I bought it in the sale so it was only £6.50 instead of £13 which is quite expensive.

Product No.5 is Soap and Glory Righteous Body Butter, which sinks in really quick and smells amazing. I have pretty fry skin but this does quite a good job of making it look nice and healthy (not like the Sahara desert) and it does not make my hands sticky once applying it. It costs £10.50 which is less than the Body Shop one I usually get and is about as good.

Product No.6 is the Burts Bees Ultra Conditioning Lip Balm with Kokum Butter. I like this but it is no way as good as my Body Shop Wild Argan Solid Oil. But it is in a stick which is easier for school and when im out and about. It smells pretty good as well, lemon and honey( I think ?). It costs £3.69 which is cheaper than the Body Shop one.

I hope you found this post useful.

What products have you tried recently, good or bad ?

I Love Snow !

Hello, Sorry for this late post, I have had mock exams so have been reviving a lot and have had no time to blog. Better late than never? Do you remember the snow which hit parts of the UK. Where I live in one of the places which was the worst hit.

The snow started to fall on the night of Boxing Day, so the white Christmas came a day late. It was magical to watch the snow falling and swirling and actually sticking to the floor !
So here are some photos I took. Everywhere was so picturesque.
