Remember my blog post about new year resolutions ? I said I was going to try to be happier.
As part of that I have bought a plain paper notebook. And I decorated it and I use it as a 'diary' of sorts, as I do not write in it everyday just when I have something on my mind.
I write my thoughts, quotes and what not. It helps me let out what I am thinking, helps me understand why i am nervous/stressed/anxious/sad so eventually makes me happier. I also write about stuff when I feel happier and if I've done something I was scared/anxious about.
I use colourful sharpies and add doodles to make it pretty.
I suggest you should do this to help you think things out and be happier.
