Quick and Easy Freezer Friendly Marble Cupcakes

In this post I am going to show you how I make really chocolately marble cupcakes quickly and easily at the start of the week to take to school for lunch.
You will need; Cocoa, self-raising flour, soft cooking butter, caster sugar and eggs.
1. First was you hands, put an apron on and preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius/ gas mark 5.
2. Measure 140g of soft cooking butter in a bowl.
3. Then add 140g of caster sugar to the bowl.
4. After that crack 3 eggs into the bowl.
5. And finally add 100g of self-raising flour in a bowl.

6. Mix these in a bowl until well combined, I use and electric whisk as it is easier.
7. Split the mixture into two bowls
8. Mix in 25g of cocoa powder into one bowl.

9. Then in a well greased silicone cupcake tray, spoon one spoon of plain mixture and one spoon of chocolate mixture. This mixture makes about 12 good sized cupcakes.

10. Then use a knife to swirl the different mixtures together, but do not mix or else the marble effect will not work.

11. Then put in oven for about 12 - 15 minutes. If cooked the cupcakes should bounce back when touched.
12. Allow to cool completely on a wire rack. I usually leave them to cool over night.

123 Then put them into freezer bags. put in a freezer and remove a couple of hours before eating them.
Hope you like this post, sorry for not posting on Sunday was away at a netball camp. Please comment constructive criticism.
